3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the instant nature of digital top-ups, transactions are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered to the destination number. However, if a transaction fails on our end or the carrier's end, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team for any billing issues.

4. Company Liability

TopUpAFG is operated by Ayyannoory LLC. We strive to provide 100% uptime, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party telecom operators or internet connectivity issues.
